COLD STORAGE KIT AND COLD STORAGE TYPE AIR-COOLED HEAT PUMP AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE: To store cold by utilizing night power and to perform room cooling by radiating the cold in the daytime by interposing a cold storage kit between an outdoor unit and an indoor unit, and arranging a cold storage heat exchanger, a cold reservoir having a cold storage material, etc. ;CONSTITUTION: A cold storage kit C is interposed between an outdoor unit A and an indoor unit B. At the time of cold storage, solenoid valves 13, 14 of the kit C are closed, while solenoid valves 12, 15 are opened. High temperature and high pressure gas refrigerant compressed by a compressor 1 of the unit A is fed to an outdoor heat exchanger 3 through a four-way valve 2, cooled with the air fed from an outdoor fan 8 to become high pressure liquid refrigerant. The liquid refrigerant is fed to a cold storage heat exchanger 11 of the kit C through a check valve 4. Thereafter, the liquid refrigerant is heated by cold storage material 17 to low pressure gas refrigerant, which is returned to the compressor 1, and the material 17 is cooled to store cold.
