VERTICAL LOW-TEMPERATURE VACUUM EVAPORATION DRIER FOR TREATMENT OF DISTILLATION WASTE LIQUID OF POT STILLED LOW-CLASS SPIRITS

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a solid material having excellent preservability and distributability by evaporating a distillation waste liquid of SHOCHU(low-class distilled spirits) at a low temperature under specific condition. CONSTITUTION:Distillation waste liquid of pot-stilled SHOCHU having a water- content of 91-94% is charged into a vertical vacuum evaporation drier 1 through a waste liquid charging port 21 and the drier pot is evacuated to -650mmHg with a water-seal vacuum pump 9. Hot water of =65 deg.C is pumped from a hot- water tank 5 to a jacket to keep the temperature in the drier pot to 55-50 deg.C and the waste liquid is evaporated for 15-18hr under stirring with a stirrer 12. The distillation waste liquid is dried to a solid material having a water- content of =10% and the evaporated steam is treated with a condenser 7 and a separator 8 provided with an overflow chamber.
