EMERGENCY-EXAMINATION-ITEM MEASURING SYSTEM IN CLINICAL EXAMINATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To make it possible to perform emergency examination for every examination items corresponding to the emergency of the requested items from a doctor without complicated operation by setting an emergency processing level for an examination item beforehand. ;CONSTITUTION: At first, emergency examination items are registered (a) in an emergency-item file 3 from an input-output terminal device 4 in accordance with the emergency priority. Then, a request for emergency examination is inputted into an emergency examination request data file 1. A measuring order table 2 of an automatic analyzer 5 is formed based on the examination request data (b). When the request item of the file 1 agrees with the examination item of the file 3, the item is arranged at the optimum position of the table 2. In this way, the table 2 is prepared in the sequence from the examination request item having the high emergency processing level at the time when the table 2 being the work sheet is prepared based on the request item data from a doctor. Namely, the measurement can be sequentially performed from the examination item having the high emergency priority without the manual operation of the device 5, and the method is effective for the doctor's quick diagnosis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
