PURPOSE: To provide an alloy excellent in resistance to oils, abrasion resistance and low-temp. property, which is prepared by blending a that in organic filer, a polyamide thermoplastic polymer, a nitrile thermoplastic polymer and an antioxidant at an elevated temp. and then cooling the blend. ;CONSTITUTION: The objective (vulcanized) alloy which has a single glass-transition temp., is prepared by blending (A) a flat in organic filler (e.g. silicate or clay) having an average particle diameter of 0.1-10 m and a surface area of 10-50 m2/g, (B) a polyamide thermoplastic polymer having a melting point at or below 227C, (C) a nitrile thermoplastic polymer obtained by copolymerization of acrylonitrile with a conjugated diene (preferably, butadiene), which polymer has been at least partially hydrogenated and has, preferably, a Mooney viscosity (100C) of 20-130, (D) an antioxidant (e.g. cupric chloride, hydroquinone) and optionally a polar plasticizer, wherein the weight ratio of A to B is within the range of 2:1-1:2, and the weight ratio of C to B is within the range of 3:1-1:1 then homogeneously heating the blend thus obtained to a temp. higher than the melting point of B, and cooling it.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
