The invention relates to a graft copolymer consisting of at least one monoamine oligomer of polyamide and of an alpha or mono-olefin polymer or copolymer grafted with a monomer capable of reacting with the amine function of the oligomer. It is prepared by radical grafting of the monomer onto the copolymer and then by addition of the oligomer. The invention also relates to the use of this graft copolymer in particular as a compatibility agent for at least two thermoplastic polymers incompatible with each other for the manufacture of alloys.
