INDUCTION OVULATION METHOD OF SPAWNER CARP (CARPINUS CARPIO) AND OBTAINING SPAWN BY ARTIFICIAL SPAWNING

An induction ovulation method for female spawner carp (Cyprinus carpio) and obtaining spawn by artificial spawning, according to which, at the time of prespawning maturity of the female spawner an analogue of GnRH is administered either intramuscularly or intraperitoneally at a quantity of 10 to 20 g/kg of the weight of the spawner along with isofloxythepin in a quantity of 2 to 5 mg/kg of the weight of the female spawner in separate doses in either order. The analogue of GnRH is preferably a substance of formula D-Ala6-ProNHEt GnRH or D-Tle6ProNHEt GnRH.
