The horizontal water feeding pipe (9) is fixed to the rear floor (4) of the boiler cylinder (2) and its mouth (16) is located above the settling tank (5), whereas the lowest point of the mouth (16) is at least 50 mm above the lowest point of the boiler cylinder (2). If the floor of the transfer chamber (8) is located lower than the floor of the boiler cylinder (2) the irrigation pipe (9) is fixed to the lateral wall of the settling tank (5), inside which there is a bend (15) pointing upwards formed on it.
