The invention relates to a novel herbicidal product which contains a combination of at least one active substance selected from amongst the derivatives of N-(substituted benzyl or phenyl)-2-(3-substituted phenoxy)nicotinamide (I) and at least one active substance selected from amongst the derivatives of 3,7-dichloro-8-acylquinoline (II). The ratio by weight of (I) to (II) is generally between 1/100 and 100. This product can be used, in particular, for controlling the development of weeds in rice and cereal crops.
