Asphalt mass comprising aggregate - has as main component filler binder such as bitumen and additive consisting of pine oil pitch

The mobile asphalt station has a wheelborne (6) body has in one or more parts (7) heating equipment for the asphalt coating to be regenerated, components for loosening the asphalt coating by scooping to a specific depth. The filling asphalt mass is mixed with the loosened asphalt coating with an additive in the form of pine oil pitch mixed in with it. When mixed with new asphalt the pine oil pitch has a vol.% of 0.5 - 1.5 and with loosened asphalt mass a vol.% of 0.2 - 1.0. The filling fibres have a pref. largest dim. of 0.2 - 2.5 mm. The amt. of filling fibres represents pref. 15-25% of the total amt. of pine oil pitch. The pitch viscosity properties are such that it can be transported by normal fluid transport technique. The regenerated asphalt mass which is spread as such comprises filler asphalt mass and loosened asphalt coating to which the pine oil pitch has been added.
