Invention applies in the field of construction and is being used for floor laying and finishing. The machine has two circular (1,2) saws and a driving shaft. One cross-section timber cutting saw is attached to the driving shaft (1) and the other saw (2) has hard-metal plates on its cogs. The flooring panel consists of cross-section floorboards (10) glued to a base layer. The floorboards (10) are polygon shaped with straight sides. The floor panel is covered by eight-angular (12) and square (13) floorboards. Round thin timber is cut by a double-saw machine into round cuts as thick as the floorboard that are being formed by pressing into the eight-angular (12) and square (13) floorboards. Floorboards (10) are being glued to the base (9) by an irregular side that is formed by cutting with a cross-section saw (1). Gluing to the rough surface an adhesion makes it stronger and improves floorboard quality. The other side of floorboards, the on e cut by the saw with hard-metal plates on its cogs is right away made even, good quality even without intensive polishing, and therefore production of the floorboards is simplified.
