It is useful to provide electrodes for Welding, Gas Metal Arc Welding of low carbon Steels such as HSLA Steels and Hy.These electrodes for Welding has a carbon content up to about 0.05 percent in weight, and deposits form a welding structure of bainitic ferrite of Low Carbon and a Resistance Point of assignor over 80 ksi.More particularly, the electrodes for Welding have the following intervals of elemental Composition: 0.01 to 0.05 Weight of carbon, from 0.7 to 1.8 by weight of manganese, 0.2 to 0.4 in weight of silicon, 1.0 9.0 in PSO to 0.8 in weight of nickel, Chrome, from 0.4 to 1.5 in weight up to 1.0 Weight of Molybdenum, Copper, Titanium and 0.03 weight to 0.035 by weight of Aluminum.Deposits resulting from these electrodes Welding Solder Resist Thermal Breakdown induced by Hydrogen and can be used for Welding Helmet materials without naval precSubstantial encouragement.
