By invention is dealing the manufacturing of powder substance from hen eggs shells for pharmaceutical and food industry by mechanical-physical method. It is a secondary raw material of industry manufacturing hen eggs as a new source of biogene minerals, at first of all calcium-phosphate but also trace amount of manganese and iron synthesized and transformed by animal organism, for use in humane medicine by defects of skeleton system and mineral metabolism. In food industry for balancing of mineral component in nutrition technological process of manufacturing resides in centrifugation of fresh breaking hen eggs shells, their washing, rinsing, centrifuging, drying, milling, an sterilizing without disturbing of biochemical and molecular structure in form which is suitable for ingestible application.
