A high efficiency dialysis, hemofiltration plasmapheresis apparatus, artificially keeps blood flow through filter at optimal valve. In case of insufficient blood supply from the patient, a recirculation pump-system activates a recirculation blood line that draws blood at the output tract of the blood filtration unit, and reinfuses it at the inflow tract of the blood filtration unit. Polysaline solutions are added at the reinfusion site.
