This invention refers to a plant for the management of a solid urban waste dump which comprises collectors for collecting the percolate positioned on the top bottom sheet in each sector in a dump, as well as monitoring collectors positioned in the zone below the sheet. The distinctive feature of the invention is the fact that it comprises a single percolate collection tank in communication with the aforesaid collecting collectors and a single percolate collection tank for monitoring in communication with the aforesaid monitoring collectors. The collection tanks are housed in a special workshop accessible from the exterior and positioned at a lower level than the bottom of the dump.
