Device which, when attached to the side of a mower or shredder, hoes the soil between plants and mows the grass between the rows of plants simultaneously. It consists of two parts: a vertical mechanical hoe driven by a hydraulic motor and a support fitted with an automatically controlled hydraulic jack which enables the hoe to avoid the plants in its path. The hoe is anchored to the arm of the support by means of a pin that can be removed manually, which facilitates replacement of the said hoe with a second tool with rotating mowing blades where necessary.
