Cyclic derivatives with rings of 5 and 6 carbon atoms obtained by cyclization of 1-amino-2,3-dihydroxypropane, useful as PAF modulators, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, preparation processes and pharmaceutical compositions that contain them are described.
