The invention relates to a pot, pan or similar structure with an aluminium body and a base made of a different metal, which structure consists of a concave body made of aluminium or an aluminium alloy and has, at its base, joined such that the surfaces are perfectly flush and continuous, a suitable plate made of a different metal and which is rigidly attached to the body by clinching its peripheral edge inside a continuous groove formed on the side of the body in the vicinity of the base.
