A door leaf has a first flat covering element (52), a flat central element (54) arranged on the first covering element (52), at least one flat filling element (64), and a second flat covering element (56) arranged on the central element (54). Preferably, the first (52) and/or the second covering element (56) have at least one opening (58), as well as the central element (54), the filling element (64) being arranged in the opening of the central element. The openings (58) of the first and/or second covering elements are so arranged that their surfaces coincide within the surface of the opening (60) of the central element (54). Preferably, the opening (60) of the central element (54) touches the edge of the central element (54), so that the filling element (64) may be easily inserted therein. This door leaf can be rationally produced and allows various esthetic variations to be easily obtained. In case only the central element is provided with an opening, sound insulating, fire proofing or radiation shielding materials may be inserted or filled therein as required.
