THE INVENTION REFERS TO AN IMPROVED PROCESS OF INJECTION AND TRANSPORT OF PARTICLES OF SMALL DIMENSIONS IN A NATURAL POROUS ENVIRONMENT. THE PROCESS IS CHARACTERIZED IN THAT, IN A FIRST STAGE, THE POROUS MEDIA IS CONDITIONED THROUGH AN AQUEOUS SOLUTION CONTAINING A HYDROCARBON, POLYMER OR SURFACTANT COMPOUND, IN A SECOND STAGE, WHICH IS IN A PARTICULAR STAGE IN A PARTICULAR STAGE. CONTAINS AT LEAST ONE HYDROCARBON, POLYMER OR SURFACTANT COMPOUND AND IN A THIRD STAGE, THE PARTICLE PLUG IS PUSHED BY AN APPROPRIATE AQUEOUS MEDIUM. THE PROCESS CAN BE USED IN PARTICULAR FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BACTERIA IN AN AQUEOUS ENVIRONMENT.
