The system uses TIMING PORTION OF VECTOR PLOTTING TO DEVELOP A CANAL THAT IS APPLIED TO ESTIMATED PORTION OF MESSAGE RECEIVED QPSK data signal to compensate for distortion multipath and variation PHASE FOR A TIME SLOT TDMA.
