This invention refers to a compound capable of four distinct, complimentary actions: lipolytic, anti endemic, boost circulation and regulate capillary absorption, based on the preparation of a series of natural plant extracts that can generate these effects. This anti cellulite compound is made based on Fucus vesiculosus, laminaria digitata extract, Glechoma hederacea extract and Ruscus aculeatus, in a fatty material and water substrate and conservatives. The compound is made by heating the fatty material with a conservative at 70 degrees C and, in parallel, the water with another conservative at 75 degrees C giving a mixture and a vacuum agitation with progressive cooling to 35 or 40 degrees C for 30 to 40 minutes, during which the vegetable extracts are added and then rapidly agitated again, also in vacuum, for 15 minutes.
