Method for preparing the precursors and intermediate products for the synthesis of myo-inositol phosphates and glucosyl-phosphatidyl-inositols, and also for preparing the latter, in which the myo-inositol is subjected to a perborylation-transmethylation reaction and then to regioselective acylation, alkylation or phosphorylation, with an oxidation, alkylation or phosphorylation agent, in the presence of a catalyst.
