Method for preparation of inactivated vaccines and live adjuvant-enhanced vaccines, as well as the vaccines obtained by said method. The method produces vaccines which contain one or more antigenic fractions presented in the galenical form of an oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion. This method allows live freeze-dried vaccines to be dissolved in the O/W emulsion, and uses an ultrasound generator to reduce the droplet size of the emulsion, allowing the proportion of emulsifiers needed for formulation of the emulsion to be reduced. The method is used to prepare inactivated vaccines and live adjuvant-enhanced vaccines which produce a positive effect in obtaining a higher level of humoral antibodies.
