This invention relates to a composition for forming a water-permeable material. The water-permeable material prepared from the composition has a good chemical resistance, water resistance and weatherability, and cracks are hardly formed in the material. In the application process, water, not a thinner, is used so that the ease of application and the quality of the finished product are largely improved. The composition for forming a water-permeable material comprises aggregate grains, a polysulfidemodified epoxy resin, and a curing agent for the polysulfide-modified epoxy resin.
