Agents for the prevention and treatment of lesch-nyhan syndrome

Agents and methods for the diagnosis and therapy of Lesch-Nyhan Syndrome and related conditions are disclosed. Such agents include antisense molecules of one gene implicated in Lesch-Nyhan syndrome, as well as analogues and derivatives of this molecule, and protein molecules expressed by this gene.
