The immobilisation material for affinity chromatography with mobile organic solvent phase or reverse micellar phase consists of a lyotropic liquid crystal or a micro-emulsion gel or a mixture of a lyotropic liquid crystal or a micro-emulsion gel with a conventional inert substrate. According to the invention, tenside aggregates are preferably used as a lyotropic liquid crystal or micro-emulsion gel.
