The invention relates to a device for the metering and filling of liquid or pasty products, especially for the filling of sorted products, such as, for example, fruit yoghurt or the like, preferably on multi-track aseptic machines, with a sealing arrangement located in the region of a piston rod (18) of a metering piston (11) and of a plunger rod (21) of a valve slide (13) and taking the form of easily exchangeable sealing bodies. This arrangement and design of the seal of the metering device allows not only good sterilisation and/or cleaning, but also, if a leakage occurs, a further filling of the product or products, without the metering accuracy being impaired.
