SUPERHEAVY OIL EMULSION FUEL AND METHOD FOR GENERATING DETERIORATED OIL-IN-WATER SUPERHEAVY OIL EMULSION FUEL

A fuel super-heavy oil emulsion base has a low viscosity for good long-term stability. It comprises, mixed and emulsified state, 100 parts by weight of a super-heavy oil, 25-80 parts by weight water and 0.02 to 5 parts by weight of a nonionic surfactant specific. A method allows to regenerate a fuel based on aqueous emulsion of super-heavy oil, light gradient manner such that said emulsion-based fuel can be pumped and used as a flowable liquid, and it provides a fuel-based aqueous emulsion super-heavy oil with good fluidity and a low content of unburned substances. Another method makes it possible to regenerate a fuel based on aqueous emulsion of super-heavy oil, gradient so strongly that this emulsion-based fuel has a high viscosity so that the pumping is difficult and can not be used as a flowable liquid, and it allows to obtain a super-heavy oil aqueous emulsion-based fuel has a good fluidity and a low content of unburned substances. This second method employs the use of a specific nonionic surfactant.
