摘要

The high shrinkable polyester blended yarn is prepared by blending high shrinkable yarn and low shrinkable yarn, and it has more than 1.0 g/d of maximum heat-shrinking stress and more than 120 deg.C of maximum heat-shrinking stress temp.. The obtd. polyester blended yarn statisfies the condition of: 10% = S1 =50%, 10% = S2 = 50%, 0.6 = S2/S1 = 3.0 where S1 is the boiling shrinking ratio to be shrunk for 15 mins. in boiling water and at non-tension state, S2 is the resident shrinking ratio to be constricted fully in 100 deg.C boiling water and non-tension state then to be constricted fully at dried heat at 170 deg.C and non-tension state for 15 mins.
