摘要

FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: strip 2 is given shape of wave in bending-bridling machine 3. Ratio of period of wave to its amplitude amounts to 4[(1+ε_b)...(1+10ε_b)], where ε_b is bending deformation of surface of strip chosen within limits 0.02-0.05. Then strip is deformed in stands 4 with cylindrical rolls. Deformation in stands 4 is 2-5 fold less than that of bending-bridling machine 3. It corrects residual deformation in strip before shaping and welding. EFFECT: reduced usage of metal due to increase of drawing of strip, enhanced productivity of machine and quality of pipes. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
