PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a finishing cap for flexible electrical conduits pipe, wherein a continuous working process is consisted of a series of press processes without a lathe machining process that is a separate machining process by performing a punching process by a press operation to form a spiral portion on the upper surface of a processed element after performing a drawing process that is a press operation. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a finishing cap for flexible electrical conduits pipe comprises a cutting process of eccentrically forming a spiral cut element(13) on an upper surface of the spiral pipe portion such that a semicircular portion(13a) contacted with the outer circumference of the upper surface of the spiral pipe portion and a semicircular portion(13b) that is smaller than the semicircular portion(13a) and contacted with one side of the semicircular portion(13a) are integrally formed to form a projection portion(13c) by punching the upper surface of a spiral pipe portion(12) formed after performing a drawing process that is a press process; a separation process of forming a through hole(14) by punching the spiral cut element again, thereby separating the spiral cut element from the spiral pipe portion; a reverse drawing process of forming a cap body(15) by drawing downward a lower part of the spiral pipe portion as spreading upward a cut rib(14a) on an inner part of the through hole such that the cut rib stands upright; a piercing process of forming a lead-in hole(16) by punching one side surface of an upper part of the spiral pipe portion after the reverse drawing process; a forming process of forming a spiral portion(18) by bending the outer side of an upper part of the spiral pipe portion; and a trimming process of forming a finishing cap(10) by cutting an outer end of the cap body.
