FIELD: biotechnology, veterinary. SUBSTANCE: strain is obtained by fusion of transplantable murine myeloma line sp2/0-Ag. 14-1 with lymphocytes of murine spleen (line BALB/c) immunized with high-purified hemorrhagic rabbit disease. Hybrid cells of strain retain stable production of monoclonal antibodies in cultural medium for 25 passages. By intraperitoneal administration to mice of line BALB/c cells induce formation of ascitic tumors with titer of monoclonal antibodies in ascitic fluid up to 1:106. Antigenic specificity of antibodies with regard to VP58 virus of hemorrhagic rabbit disease is confirmed by Western blotting and radioimmunoprecipitation assay. Strain is designated as VGKB x sp 2/0-4C11,89, and stored at number VSKK(P) 560 D. EFFECT: preparing of strain indicated above. 1 tbl
