FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: second counter 10, failure flip-flop 12, detach flip-flop 13, second comparison circuit 15, AND gate 16, OR gate 19, pulse shaper 20 are introduced in interface unit 2 to accomplish the goal of invention. This results in possibility to detach user from bus by right adjacent user if given user exceeds its time slice or is in faulty order.
