METHOD FOR CULTIVATION OF PLANKTON DAPHNIA MAGNA STR

摘要

FIELD: commercial fish breeding. SUBSTANCE: crustaceans are irradiated for 10 s with monochromatic red light of helium-neon laser, wavelength 632.8 nm, at irradiation energy density from 0.05 to 0,1 mWt/сm². Cultivation period is 7 days at 20 ± 2^°C. Within this period the weight gain of biomass is 815-870 mg/l, i. e. 116-124 mg/l per day on the average which is 1.4 times as much as in the known method. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
