FIELD: immune therapy. SUBSTANCE: prior to and after administration of immune regulator, in patient with B-cell chronic lymphatic leukemia blood samples were assayed to determine relative counts of T-lymphocyte subpopulations, stable E-rosetting cells, and active E-rosetting cells, immunoglobulin-producing B-cells, and immunocorrection index for T cell-mediated immune response is estimated according to the formula IIM=А/Аi+B/Bi+C/Ci where A is relative counts of E-rosetting cells after immunocorrection; A Ai is relative counts of stable E-rosetting cells prior to immunocorrection; B is relative counts of stable E- rosetting cells after immunocorrection; B Bi is relative counts of stable E-rosetting cells prior to immunocorrection; C is relative counts of active E- rosetting cells after immunocorrection; CCi is relative counts of active E-rosetting cells prior to immunocorrection. The immunocorrection is considered as effective if the value of immunocorrection is at least 10 and more, and initial level of immunoglobulin-producing B-cells decreases to normal. If immunocorrection index is of 1-9, and the level of B-cells exceeds the normal, the immunocorrection course is repeated. EFFECT: higher accuracy of immunocorrection assessment.
