METHOD FOR DETECTING BENZOXASOLONE-2 AND HEXACHLOROBENZOXASOLONE-2 IN PRODUCTION OF PESTICIDES RELATED TO DERIVATIVES OF BENZOXASOLONE-2 BY SURFACE CHROMATOGRAPHY

FIELD: analytic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves separation of analyzed sample by surface chromatography on "siluphol" plate in two solvent systems. After elution in first solvent system, which is mixture of chloroform, benzene, and ethanol in 40:15:5 proportion, bottom part of plate with o-nitrophenol spot is trimmed. Top part of plate with other spot is placed in second solvent system, which is mixture of acetonitrile, acetic acid ethyl ester, water, and 25% ammonium in 15:10:1:1 proportion and separated until solvent rises to the end of plate, like in the first case. EFFECT: facilitated procedure.
