FIELD: gymnastics. SUBSTANCE: handle of ribbon has rod 1 of conical shape which end of smaller diameter carries tip. Tip is composed of body 2 and hinge element 3 installed in it. Tip is mounted on rod with the help of centering bushing 4 of thermally shrinked material. Handle is formed by inner layer made of rinds of thermally shrinked material 5 uniformly arranged on surface of handle with reduction by one or more outer layers 6 of thermally shrinked tube.
