FIELD: aviation instrument engineering. SUBSTANCE: TV system has light beacons 1 and flashing generator 2; both units are disposed onto runway. TV cameras 3 and 4 are on board of helicopter; the cameras are connected to selection unit 6 through commutator 5. System also has unit 7 for determining hovering moment, coordinate unit 8, TV-index forming unit 9, distance unit 10, unit 11 for measuring height of flight and speed of descent, pilot's deck 12 and data representation unit 13.
