摘要

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: plasma flux created in electric arc plasma burner acts on treated surface of part. Burner includes vortex generator manufactured in the form of cylinder with screw ducts. It is provided with magnetic circuits which poles are located between nozzle of burner and treated surface of part. Variable magnetic field is superimposed on plasma flux. Values of magnetic induction of magnetic field B, intensity of current 1 of electric arc, velocity V, of movement of treated surface with respect to burner, flow rate G of plasma-forming gas and distance 1 between nozzle of burner and treated surface are chosen from condition of displacement of plasma flow above surface of part within width H of hardening zone. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of surface treatment. 2 cl, 2 dwg
