Paint processing and residue removing from paint paths - by applying cleaning liq. to each unused paint change and to common feed to spray atomisers

The spray supply (10) has storage vessels for different paints and several paint changers, where outlets are coupled to a feed line to a spray atomisers, while only one paint is processed at a time. The cleaning liq. is applied to each not used paint changer to the common atomisers feed line. It flows through the feed lines in the flow direction to the spray atomisers. The front of the outlet combination of the paint changes into the feed line, and directly in front of the atomiser, the cleaning liq. is discharged, while the paint to be processed in delivered simultaneously from the storage vessel to the atomiser. USE/ADVANTAGE - For paint spray atomisers, with automatic paint residue cleaning at paint change.
