Centrifugal force propulsion for vehicle - has pair of heavy half disks spun on horizontal axis within frame spun synchronously about vertical axis
Centrifugal force propulsion for vehicle - has pair of heavy half disks spun on horizontal axis within frame spun synchronously about vertical axis
A vehicle is propelled by the inertia force of an out-of-balance rotating weight. This weight is formed by a pair of parallel half disks attached to one side of a horizontal shaft within a frame. The frame is pivoted about a vertical axis. As the disks are spun by a motor, they impart vertical and horizontal centrifugal force components to the frame and thus the supporting vehicle, both components varying in magnitude and direction with angle of rotation. If the driving motor rotates the frame in synchronism about the vertical axis, there will be a periodically varying horizontal force in a chosen constant direction, though with periodic side forces. ADVANTAGE - Propulsion without using reaction of spent fuel and without direct coupling to wheels of vehicle.
