The refrigerant compression with increasing number of compression stages, increases the degree of evacuation of the refrigeration plant (A). A part flow of throttled refrigerant from the condenser (C) is injected in a heat exchanger (W) preconnected in one of the following compression stages, for the purpose of intermediate cooling. The system for carrying out the removal process, is connected, on one side, to the refrigeration plant being evacuated, and on the other side it is connected to a collection bottle (S). The refrigerant can be supplied using one or more compression stages to the condenser (C). ADVANTAGE - Refrigeration plant can have its refrigerant removed and liquefied to higher degree. Refrigerant recovered can be reused.
