The soil treatment plant (40) is located within the roofing capsule (4) and contains a transporter (10) for the soil (2) removal and its transport to the plant and for transport of equipment components. The capsule is divided into staggered and releasably interconnectable segments. The treatment plant and transporter are also in such divisions in longitudinal direction of the roofing capsule. The segments of the capsule and the equipment pref. form identical dividing lengths.
