The device utilizes the weight of the human body, to operate a pump device in a shoe, to compress air. During walking etc, air is pumped/sucked through valves and filters to enclose the foot, and provide shock absorption. Air volume and pressure are adjustable, and cartridges may be used with medicinal or other content. A connecting hose may lead from the shoe valve to another object to be inflated. A hollow space is created between the soles of a shoe, to contain the device. It may also serve as flexible impact and joint protection chamber. ADVANTAGE - Protects feet and leg/hip joints against impact, reduces wear.
