Replacement of old floor in building - involves lowering old floor on hydraulic rams and constructing new floor on top

The equipment is used to replace an old floor during renovation of a building. It uses eg. four telescopic hydraulic rams (5) with inverted U-shaped profiles (6) resting on load-bearing beams (8) placed on the floor (15) below the one to be replaced. A similar arrangement is placed on top of the rams and bears against the ceiling. When the rams (5) have been set up, the structural beams (14) of the old floor are cut through so tha the floor can be lowered by easing the hydraulic rams together. The old floor is then used as the support on which the new floor is constructed. USE/ADVANTAGE - Easy replacement of old floor in building involving lowering old floor on hydraulic rams.
