The travel wind impacting the outside of the vehicle is picked up and controlled-fed through the ventilation grill which is rotatably and pivotably located in the frame (RA), reaching the vehicle interior, providing all passengers with the effect of the travel wind. The ventilating grill in the frame (RA) is located rotatably (horizontally) and pivotably (vertically). The ideal pivot range, both for rotating and pivoting, is approximately 90 deg. The ribs on the outside of the ventilating grill extend slightly against the direction of travel at an angle still to be determined in order to conduct the passing air optimally and quietly. The ventilating grill with its frame (RA) can be clamped into a side window or in an opened sliding roof, and when the car is left, even for a short time, can easily be removed.
