Plastic unit for renovating old windows - consists of plastic blind frame fitted inside existing frame and outside plastic cladding

The windows, made of plastic, to be installed are used in renovation of old buildings. The process involves fixing a plastic blind frame on the inside on the existing old window frame, and a plastic cladding on the outside, in front of the old frame, covering it on all sides. The blind frame is fitted with fixtures for locking it in position on the old window frame and/or on the window sill; there is also pref. an abutment, such as a groove or more than one, for attachment of a foot or other part of the cladding, which can be mounted at an interval from the window frame. This can be easily fitted without removing the existing blind frame.
