The solar street sign is composed of the solar panel (1) on which is mounted a transparent plate of plexiglass, glass, etc., illuminated by a linear light source (3), forming a unit. The solar panel is connected to an accumulator (5) via an accumulator charge regulator (4), which is connected with the linear light source (3) via a switch (7) and a movement reporter (6) with built-in dimming switch. USE/ADVANTAGE - Used to display publicity or information on a road. The use of solar energy obviates the use of mains electricity for illumination purposes.
