The half-moon shape (2,3) of the profiled kerbstone (1) has a contour of a continuous row of triangles (4) of identical size. The convex circular section (2) of the half-moon is surrounded by the row of triangles that it points away from the half-moon centre point (5). The concave section (3) of the half-moon shape has a similar form, while two or three triangles point towards the centre point. The concave half-moon section may be free of the triangles, but may have a circular recess (6), facing the centre point.
