The intake or the discharge valve of the engine is replaced by a valve bush, so that the complete circular cylinder surface can be used for the same valve types (9), e.g. intake valves. The valve bush (23) has a turned collar (15). A controlled oil flow, for displacement, applies a hydraulic pressure to the ring surface of the collar. A removeable head plate (11) is fitted between intake and discharge housing (12,13). The plate has valve seat opening, and bores for spark plugs, injection nozzles, prechambers, liners, cooling channels, etc. USE/ADVANTAGE - Otto/Diesel engine. Improved efficiency.
